HEARTECH-MIWA with 25 service bases throughout Japan provides support for more than approximately 30,000 compressors. We have created our own database of all of this maintenance information and unified the management. By constantly and efficiently managing and operating the service data acquired from worksites as “live data,” we can prevent equipment trouble and support the stable operation of factories.

The technical staff of HEARTECH-MIWA are our asset. We provide a number of internal training programs in order to hand down technical skills to the next generation and improve those skills. At the training center in Takasago Factory, we continue improving the abilities of our technical staff through our well-developed training programs in various ways including teaching our technical staff about basic technology and skills and then increasing individual technical skills.
